Who is this service for?

Careers in Depth for Org. is our commercial sister company founded in 2004. We provide executive coaching services for corporate clients who wish to sponsor their senior staff to undertake leadership development and executive coaching to enhance development within their present job, career or business.

Working with senior managers and senior executive teams, we offer expert coaching with a focus on the requirements of senior staff to make the transition from functional management to corporate leadership. This enables clients to apply their talents and experience to the strategy and vision for the whole organisation. We help them to achieve this by; looking at the system as a whole, encouraging delegation to team members to create space to focus on the bigger picture and networking with stakeholders and senior peers.

What is our approach?

Our focus with this service is helping people achieve their full potential by working through what is required for their progression to a new role or to develop more fully in their present role. An experienced executive consultant will work with a client on managing their work relations and career planning, ensuring they have a vision for the future that enhances their authenticity at work. Together we set goals for their development and work out steps to achieving them.

Our unique four-step process examines what has satisfied them so far, where they are heading and what the organisation expects from them. In some cases there may be a mis-alignment between what gives them fulfilment against what the pressures around them are pushing them towards. In these cases an experienced executive consultant will help to resolve the tension by revising with them their vision for their future and the steps on the way to achieving it.
