Redundancy & Beyond

Is this the right service for me?

Our Redundancy & Beyond service is for people who have been made redundant.
This service could be right for you if:
  • You have experienced a negative change in your work circumstances
  • You have left the organisation as a result or are considering it
  • You are sill working but the job is not the same one you started out doing because there have been significant organisational changes

How can we help?

Being made redundant can be very traumatic and can create genuine obstacles for people re-engaging with work. The loss of control and confidence brings about a unique set of responses in each person, so the detail of your particular experience shapes the work we do. We aim to help you turn self-limiting factors into opportunities for growth.

What is our approach?

Our methodology always starts with context and we work with you to explore organisational conditions surrounding the change that led to your current situation, voluntary or involuntary. We are then able to take account of any resulting challenges to your re-engagement with the workplace. We work with you to recognise and manage these challenges and then help you take practical steps to continuing with your career development in a way that is true to you, your
values and interests.
